Qualifications
· High school or equivalent (Preferred).
· Medical Assistant 1-2 years in Medical Spa, or Plastic Surgery.
· customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
· Knowledge about cosmetic services such as Botox, Fillers, Lasers, Facial services and skincare.
Responsibilities:
- Charting & billing procedures in EMR system.
- Must be able to take efficient before and after pictures.
- Applying topical numbing cream to patients.
- Set up and break down of laser’s and equipment.
- Room set up and break down.
- Must be comfortable around blood and needles.
- Stock rooms with medical supplies.
- Sense of urgency and takes initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent customer service with a SMILE!
- Positive, willing attitude and cheerful.
- Well-spoken and courteous. Ability to answer medical questions with confidence.
- Foster and nurture positive relationships with Guests.
- Initiating and/or assisting with any task, office duty, or project necessary to maintain a highly functioning, fast paced cosmetic medical office.
- Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, ability to work with poise under stressful, fast-paced conditions.
- Organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, time management and follow up skills, detail oriented, high level of accuracy.
- Must maintain a HIGH attention to detail.
- Experience working with Zenoti EMR a plus.
Schedule is full time Monday-Friday. We close at 7pm on Mondays & Wednesday’s so you must be able to work 11am-7:30pm one night a week. Must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.

Pay: $17.01 - $20.48 per hour
