Job description
Responsible for assisting medical professionals with procedures according to established protocols and medical standards. Must have great customer service and communication skills. MUST HAVE experience in an urgent care, aesthetics, or plastic surgery setting.
- Must be on time for your shift and ready to set the back office up for success
- Be a team player and work closely with the front office
- Have a thorough working knowledge of medical supplies and medical procedures such as botox, dermal fillers, and skin treatments.
- Creating great professional relationships with both staff and patients.
- Maintaining a neat and organized workspace at all times
- Ordering medical supplies when needed and making sure the back office is stocked at all times.
- Thorough knowledge of treatments, procedures, and medical-grade skincare to be able to promote and upsell products and treatments to patients
- Collecting payment and rescheduling patients for their next visit
- Turning over rooms and disinfecting before the next patient
- Making sure the providers are running on time
- Regularly attend and participate in treatment and product knowledge trainings.
- Ability to abide by HIPAA and respect patient confidentiality
Must hold and maintain current state licensing. Phlebotomy license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
