We are currently recruiting for a 24 hour day time healthcare assistant to join our small, friendly residential care home for elderly clients.

All breaks paid, staff are paid for the full duration of their shift.
Rota's are published on our online app. All rotas are published in advance so you can maintain a healthy work life balance and plan around your shifts.
You will be notified of your shifts via email when the rota is published. The app also allows you to book annual leave and days off on the go.
Shift swaps with other staff member's can also be requested and managed via the app.
Our training is all online - No more pen and paper!!
We are looking for caring, empathetic individuals who have a passion for providing care and support to others. Whilst experience is preferable it is not required for the role. Full training package is provided upon induction.
General duties include:
Assisting with personal care tasks and mobility.
Ensuring the safety of our residents during the day.
Liaising with health care professionals where necessary.
Providing company and emotional support to those we support.
Ensuring care records are up to date and legible at all times
Communicating with your team members
Reporting repairs to management
Shifts are 8am-8pm, 2 days per week
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.90 per hour
