Aesthetic Injection Assistant-
Assisting our Injectors at RUMA while they perform botox and filler injections, PDO threads, and women's health procedures.

Aesthetic Assisting Job Responsibilities:
Morning duties before patients:
- Look up all Allergan Alle and Galderma Aspire points
- Look up if the patient is new or existing – if new, add them in to Aesthetic Record and RX photo systems
- If the patient is existing, look up what treatments were done previously and pull up before photos on the ipad in RX photo
- Look to see if the patient has anything pre-paid or has banked package treatments or banked VIP amounts
- Be sure the room is stocked with supplies
- Follow all morning protocols established by clinic lead and owner.
During Patient Appointments:
- You will be responsible for assisting the providers with injections, threading, PRP/PRF procedures, and any other procedures that RUMA offers
- You will be responsible for taking guest notes and thorough charting on each guest with each visit
- You will be responsible for making notes on key personal items for each clients (ie: Where they work, kids?, married?, What they do for fun, etc.)
- You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile, tidy environment in all work areas per health code
- You will be responsible for assisting the providers with all social marketing efforts, videos, pictures, posts, etc.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a current treatment and photo consent form filled out before each procedure
- You will be responsible for keeping the providers on schedule with each guest and staying on top of the daily schedule
- You will be responsible for updating the patients yearly plan with each visit to ensure comprehensive anti-aging and continuity of care
- You will be responsible for wearing your Black Fig scrubs and metal name tag during all Medical shifts.
During downtime, you will be expected to complete the following duties:
- Update inventory supply list for future supply orders
- Update/enter BD points and look up BD points for future appointments
- Update/enter Aspire points and look up Aspire points for future appointments
- Enter all backend treatments for rebates with Allergan and Galderma
- Catch up on paperwork including organizing & filing patient forms and photos
- Complete other tasks as requested by Shelby
- Because you are paid hourly, you will be expected to be working at all times unless clocked out for a lunch break. Outside of your regular daily duties with the providers, if there is downtime, you will be expected to be out front, checking in guests, checking out guests, helping guests shop the retail items, assisting other team members, talking with all guests about who you are and procedures we offer, and handing out brochures to guests while they are waiting for their service provider. You can also send thank you cards, do first time guest calls, call expiring Alle/Aspire guests and get them in for injections, PRP, or skin care - refer to weekly BD/Aspire chart that Sav will print out. In down time you will also be responsible to educate yourself on all products such as ZO skin care, BajaZen and OLO body care, Jane Iredale makeup, as well as all injectables, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP/PRF and all other services/products that RUMA offers.
- You will also be responsible for posting regularly to Instagram promoting RUMA, our services, and our upcoming events.
- You will be expected to participate in all company events, parties, and promotions.

- Familiar and knowledgeable with spa boutique inventory
- Assists with merchandising and maintaining the spa Boutique
- Assists with inventory management and other organizational tasks
- Promotes spa services and gift cards, advises on gift selection, maintains accurate gift card sales data
- Provides gracious spa tours to visitors that lead to sales
- Maintains a beautiful physical environment within then reception and spa room area
- Great at phone management
- Greets and checks guests in and out
- Maintains a polished and professional image
- Assists other support team members when asked
- Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education
- Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution
- Prepares promotion presentation and display
- Mentors/trains new team members to help them grow

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
