JOB PURPOSE:
Under the general supervision of the Lead/Sr. RN and Manager assists with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of EHS clinic activities, which may include both clinical and non-clinical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Meets and greets patients.
2. Obtains appropriate patient information.
3. Receives incoming telephone calls from patients/employees and responds in accordance with EH&S protocols/procedures.
4. Performs general office administration duties including mail processing, ordering, and managing supplies, maintaining calendar, scheduling, records requests, data entry, etc.
5. Gathers information and assists in preparing reports, project materials, and documents.
6. Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles several types of documents, such as organizational charts, contact lists, vendor contacts, etc.
7. Provides customer service to internal and external customers.



Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of healthcare related experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures, including the use and operation of standard office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software programs utilized within the department preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond to fellow employees/customers in a timely and competent manner.
Ability to work in a team environment and oriented to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to adapt to change within a changing environment and industry.
