Children's Complex Care - Health Care Assistants

The Children's Community Complex Care Team are looking for a Children's experienced Complex Care Health Care Assistants to support in the Lincoln area. The team deliver care to children across all of Lincolnshire. The skills involved in caring for these children usually tracheostomy and airway management, ventilation, enteral feeding, meds administration, complex seizures, gastrostomy/jejunostomy and personal care. They are all in receipt of continuing healthcare funding because of a complex physical health condition. Care is delivered in the patients’ homes usually, although occasionally in school or another setting.
- 7 day – 24 hour care
- Hours – flexible
The team require someone with skills in the following areas:
- Tracheostomy
- Ventilator
- Gastrostomy/jejunostomy
- Seizure management Personal care
