Nurse 365 are currently recruiting for Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants in your area.
Come and join our enthusiastic team! We are currently recruiting experienced or non-experienced Health Care Assistants who have a genuine passion for caring for the elderly. You will be based in local Nursing and Care Homes providing short notice cover & block bookings. We are striving to recruit quality Carers to supply our clients with an efficient and professional service.
We are looking for Support Workers and Health Care Assistants that can offer:
· Being Punctual, Smart Appearance, Patients, listening skills, Eager to learn, Empathy, Ability to Multi-task, and Responsible
We have full time and part time positions available, and these can be worked around a busy life schedule. For us the importance of work to life balance is met and that staff receive ongoing support and guidance.
A portable DBS is desirable (but not essential).
Covid Vaccine
Please note new legislation means that, from 11th November 2021, employee’s working in a Care Quality Commission-registered homes for adults, need two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine to enter the premises. If you have received your first vaccine before 16/09/2021 you will be able to commence employment should your application, be successful. If you have not received any does of the COVID-19 vaccine you will only be eligible to work once you have had both vaccines.

The pay rates for the Health Care Assistants are:
No qualifications - £10.51 to £11.47
NVQ 2 - £10.80 to £11.90
NVQ 3 - £11.12 to £11.90
