We are currently looking for compassionate, experienced and professional Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be trained in the use of medical equipment and will assist patients in with their daily tasks. Our Healthcare Assistants will be responsible for monitoring patients' signs and symptoms, ensuring that they are comfortable, feeding them if necessary and administering medicine as directed by their doctor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine care to patients both inside and outside of hospital.
- Ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide services to patients in hospitals and in the home., in a manner that promotes the dignity and rights of patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patient care.
- Prepare medical tools, instruments, and laboratories.
- Provide first aid to patients.
- Assist with treatments, including medications and injections.
- Dispose of medical waste., etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
