We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our cardiology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the cardiology department, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing quality customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their knowledge in the medical field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists with patient examinations and treatments.
- Schedule patient appointments and tests.
- Maintain medical records and files.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Prepare medical reports and documents.
- Assist with medical billing and coding procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
