We are looking for an Administration Lead to join the team at our new, purpose built, state-of-the-art-centre in Guildford.
As the Administration Lead, with line management responsibilities for the centre administration team, you’ll provide a professional, accurate and timely administration service. Being able to articulate the goals, values and behaviours of GenesisCare will play a key part in this role.
You will be an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual with the ability to work alongside multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, this includes close working relationships with centre clinical teams, Consultants and the UK Head Office team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support in administrative areas leading up to the opening of our new Guildford site later this year, which is in partnership with the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri), permanent
What you’ll do:
- Line management of the administration team
- Building strong working relationships with referring clinicians
- Be a member of the senior management team for the centre
- Supporting in the development of new services and patient pathways
What you’ll have:
Experience and skills:
- Line management of small teams
- Experience within a diverse range of administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer or patient focused environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily
- Evidence of an empathetic and holistic approach to patient care an advantage
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Experience of using Mosaic IT package an advantage
- Previously worked within the healthcare sector an advantage
- Proficient in all MS office packages including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
