What you’ll do
Own the planning, delivery and optimisation of media for all advertising, for ongoing PAYM Handset offers including responsibility for demand generation to support new customer acquisitions through eShop, TSAR (Telesales & Retention) and Retail.
Responsibilities will span end-to-end campaign planning from strategy and campaign planning to creative production for BAU always on digital campaigns to channel activation and media optimisation. The marketing channels we work with include Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Press, Radio/Audio, Outdoor, TV and Video channels.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Media campaigns aligned to commercial & terminals vendor priorities across an omni-channel sales strategy.
- Working with media agencies & biddable team to deliver best in class media plans.
- Engaging key stakeholders including commercial, legal and our creative teams to coordinate all the elements required to execute BAU digital campaign creative successfully and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all campaigns, promotions, price changes, tests are executed on time and successfully.
- Regular performance reporting on marketing activities to key stakeholders in the business e.g. Terminals and with agencies/creative teams.
- Campaign performance -articulation of performance metrics & demonstration of ROAS (sales).
- Budget management across key handset campaigns.

Who you are
This role will suit someone who is team player, curious, ambitious, and enjoys pushing boundaries to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions to meet business needs.
You’ll also need:
Numerical background preferable. Comfortable working with Excel.- Prior understanding of digital marketing channels, process, activities preferable.
- Good stakeholder engagement skills as the role will involve contact with many teams and people, across the agencies and within the wider Brand team and Segment teams. You might be in touch with 10+ stakeholders across the organisation in any given week, along with the 15+ colleagues in the Pods.
- Good time management and proactive information collation to create better briefs and planning.
