We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Solar Warrior, LLC. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maximize results.
- Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive and interactive community.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Identify and leverage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and increase brand advocacy.
- Monitor social media conversations and trends related to our industry, competitors, and brand, and provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools to measure and track performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Supplemental pay types:
- Starting pay $15
