WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Content Creation: Develop original and high-quality content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, website copy, infographics, and videos. Ensure the content aligns with our brand guidelines and target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Create and schedule engaging posts, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively engage with our online community. Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to optimize our social media strategy.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines, ensuring appropriate use of keywords, meta tags, and other SEO techniques. Analyze website and social media analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute an effective digital content strategy. Identify target audience segments, research industry trends, and use analytics tools to measure and improve content performance. Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category, and product teams, to gather information and create relevant content. Coordinate with external partners to amplify our brand presence.
- Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and social media management. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and stay ahead of the curve.

- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various formats, such as images, videos, and infographics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their algorithms, and community management.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Undergrad degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist.
- Experience with WordPress to author, publish, and edit content
- Experience using marketing tools including HootSuite, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio
- Graphic design and video editing skills
