Part Time Digital Media Specialist
Do you want to manage the digital media for a new brand?
Calyx Living is actively seeking a creative Digital Media Specialist for our corporate office in Raleigh, North Carolina. This opportunity is highly part time (likely 5 to 10 hours a week) and remote, although future full time work could transition the role to in-office.
Digital Media Specialist Responsibilities
The Digital Media Specialist will create posts and manage the overall calendar for Calyx's social media channels. Experience in managing online reputation - both monitoring and responding to reviews - is a plus as is overall content creation for websites, blogs, and other largely digital content. Candidates should have flexibility to include some coordination and planning calls during business hours.
Ideal candidates should be excellent writers, able to curate and recommend visual content and also be effective at scheduling, pro-active calendar management and general time management.
Qualifications
- Understanding of brand management strategy development with focus on digital media.
- Social media content development with a common branded message across all online activity.
- Experience writing content for online channels including social media, blogs, digital newsletters, etc. with social media platforms to include Instagram, LinkedIn, and FaceBook as the "starter set".
- Experience planning and managing social media calendars through social media publishing platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Loomly, Later, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Required
