Job description
An experienced Paid Media Manager to own the strategy and activation of our global paid online presence across PPC, Paid Social and Direct Media ensuring it is fully optimised to maximise online visibility and conversion.
The candidate will develop, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across various platforms, whilst collaborating with our campaign and creative teams to create compelling ad visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
The role requires a competent commercial mind, a sound analytical approach and the confidence to proactively communicate performance and strategy to stakeholders. You will be capable and willing to negotiate the best commercial agreements that can drive long term program sustainability and manage and track the budget by allocating funds effectively across various campaigns and platforms.
The internal job title for the role is Channel Manager, Demand Generation.
Key duties
- Devise clever and persuading paid media strategies to drive performance and conversions
- Oversight of our paid media agency, acting as the main POC and overseeing their activities
- Analyse campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Data driven, analytical and collaborative, to be able to work in a global team.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to our campaigns.
- Conduct keyword & trend research.
- Regularly pull search term/keyword analysis and act based on the findings.
- Manage reporting and account(s) performance.
- Monitor competitors campaigns & make suggestions on Paid Social content ideas in line with our wider business objectives
- Ad copy writing for both PPC and Paid Social ads
Required experience
- Experience managing paid media across multiple geographies within a B2B environment
- An analytical mindset, confident on Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
