Female owned and operated roofing company looking to hire a Marketing social media cordinator to handle all outward facing marketing and social platforms. This position will
- handle all short videos of company and film company interactions / training videos to be posted on social media.
- This position needs to have marketing and social marketing experience.
- A creative eye for respectful and professional video editing.
- Strong IT and digital advertising experience a must.
- Will be responsible for company merch and uniforms
- all digital and print design
- Website and social marketing experience a must
this is for our all female and all male roofing teams.
Salary is based on experience and work ability. Hours will very due to filming times and all other work can be remotely. This will be a hourly turn to Salary once we can see the results in your ability to take control independantly and drive our company into the social arena at a high level for exposure.
This is a very important role as the outfacing exposure is in your hands. Self motivated and ability to work without supervision and meet dead lines are a absolute must. Strong personality and able to communicate instructions and projects clealry throughout company. We want you to come with ideas and creative ways to bring additional exposure to our Female and male roofing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in web and graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content
- Basic video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Photography skills are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy and consistency

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
