What you'll do
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be supporting all online content marketing initiatives to create attractive content that drives brand awareness and meets our marketing business goals. You’ll be supporting digital marketing strategies and campaigns which enhance brand perception and customer satisfaction, and drive customer acquisition through pay per click, organic search, SEO, website, emails, affiliates and aggregators, programmatic, and social direct response.
It's a highly collaborative role, and you’ll work closely with marketing leaders, experts and creative professionals to research and create attractive digital marketing content, alongside managing and engaging with external agencies and developing strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging advantageous online communities, digital media partners and advanced techniques to drive traffic, produce high quality content and gather quality lead generation
- Analysing content performance metrics and improving digital content effectiveness and experiences across all digital marketing channels and campaigns to drive business outcomes
- Reviewing and making sure that content creation processes for digital marketing are complying with applicable laws, regulations and policies
- Helping to plan and deliver efficient and engaging social media communication channels in the bank
- Leading our communications interaction with other functions
The skills you'll need
Along with a passion for creativity, you’ll bring significant experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies and social media content. You’ll have a strong understanding of communications and new social media technologies, and you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with senior colleagues.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Strong copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Aggregator and Affiliate Marketing
- An understanding of internal communications practices and principles
- Experience of managing complex delivery programmes
- Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers of communications-related services
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to deliver programme milestones on time against challenging deadlines
