Job description

A integral member of Kellogg’s Marketing Team, the Senior Manager, Media Capability, brings strategic and executional media expertise to enable best-in-class media approaches and capabilities across a portfolio of categories and brands. Partnering with the Director of Media Capability and working cross-functionally with Full Funnel Marketing, Category, Omni and Analytics to drive functional best practices, improve media effectiveness and enable capabiliites to drive full funnel marketing.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Full Funnel Media Capability Expansion – Partner with cross functional teams to evolve portfolio media approaches and partnerships to further enable Full Funnel Marketing across tactics and channels. Evaluate capabilities and build recomendations for advertising brand safety, 1st/2nd/3rd party data uses cases, new media/retail media partners and tech solutions.
  • Media Investment Stewardship – Maintain portfolio view of US category and omni media investments; partnering with internal teams as well as agency and external partners to enable media JBPs, scorecards and ongoing media investment performance reviews. Understand the evolving media landscape in order to identify portfolio media opportunities; educate on expanding media capabilities and drive best practices across national and omni media plans and investments.
  • Media Operational Excellence - Work closely with agency partners, establishing and maintaining key relationships, supporting our agency teams to ensure they meet the needs of Category and Omni teams. Collaborate with the Director, Media Capability to identify agency scoping needs, performance monitoring and lend support in the development and upkeep on-going media projects.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Significant experience in media and digital marketing, ideally 8+ years
  • Familiar with marketing technology landscape and key components of a data-driven ecosystem (e.g. DMP, DSP, Identity Solution, etc.).
  • A strong bias for action, learning and optimization to create results. Ability to work with comfort in both firm and agile process environments to deliver investment for impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and using influence to meet deliverables.
  • Inquisitive thought leader with strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings.
  • Vendor management with ability to delegate responsibility to partners, provide work direction and ensure quality standards
