What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This position will be located in Houston, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Manage all Houston / St. Louis indiGO social media accounts in a constant stream of shifting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines to effectively produce social media content.
- Define each stores goals as they pertain to social media.
- Work with market coordinators, content creators, and the agency to develop monthly social media calendars for all brands to communicate with team and store level managers their social media presence for the month.
- Collaborate with content creators in each market for daily relevant social content on all social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage organic social content and engage with customers on platforms by combining personal writing voice with indiGO Auto Groups’ style to create engaging, effective copy.
- Editing/approving the work of other members of the content team.
- Monitor customer comments and feedback, responding daily.
- Ensure all events (on and off-site) will have proper coverage for photography and live social media posts at activations, as well as post-event albums utilizing FB and linkinbio.
- Is proactive in looking for opportunities to promote dealership awareness and community involvement on all social sites.
- Gaining an understanding of SEO best practices, marrying SEO and Social Media tactics to refine strategies.
- Work with content creators and photographers to organize and back up company digital photographs, documents, and logos on Dropbox.
- Utilize Sprout Social to perform most posts to stores account, listen for engagement, and reply to DMs.
- Attend monthly meetings with Marketing team and GMs to review prior month’s successes/challenges, review new programs and opportunities, and set 30-day outcomes, goals, and campaign messaging/strategy.
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field from an accredited institution
- Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
