We are looking for a self-starter with graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing skills. This candidate will be able to manage all brands’ social media channels and marketing channels, while collaborating with the marketing team to implement creative strategies for each quarter. As the Marketing assistant, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and be extremely detailed oriented. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to plan & excel at multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and create content for all brands social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and brand image.
- Create graphics for all marketing channels such as 3rd party advertising, in-store marketing, internal marketing, and digital marketing.
- Email Marketing for all brands.
- Administrative tasks such as: filing, preparing courier, and maintaining office email.
- Update website messaging and content.
- Collaborate with VP of Brand & Marketing for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with retail team for seasonal merchandising plans.
- Create and update marketing messaging for stores with print and digital marketing placements.
Requirements:Skill & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
- Working knowledge of various marketing platforms & channels including social, digital, and email marketing.
- Experience with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Skills in the following software/platforms: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Shopify.
- Skills in content creation and graphic design.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in retail and/or restaurant industry. (Not needed but will be extremely helpful)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately, confidently, and without close supervision.
- Comfortable accepting edits, rewrites, and feedback from teammates and supervisors.
- Flexible team player with ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
- Active listener and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move 10+ pounds (this position may include moving products and equipment from location to location)
Location: Murfreesboro, TN with minor traveling to following middle Tennessee cities: Nashville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and Hendersonville
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
