Client Care and Social Media Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a social media presence across all platforms. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology and has experience creating social media posts and pages. This position will also include managing our company’s social media accounts and ensuring they are up to date with current trends. You will be responsible for creating content that is engaging, informative, and creative.
With client support being a crucial part of our business it is imperative the person that fills this role is a good communicator. We are looking for a good team player but can work independently and in a well organised manner. Reporting directly into our Client Care Manager who is responsible for all customer feedback and interactions both personally and digitally.
Responsibilities:
·Assist in the creation of social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
·Assist in the development of social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
·Create and maintain an online presence through our website and social media accounts
·Create and maintain an online presence through our website and social media accounts
·Assist in the development of online content calendars to ensure consistency across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
·Assist in the creation of promotional materials for the company’s website and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
·Assist in the creation of marketing materials for events (Facebook Live video posts)
·Assist in the creation of marketing materials for internal events (Facebook Live video posts)
·Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
