Position Overview:
215 Marketing is seeking a seasoned digital advertising specialist to join our growing production team as a Paid Media Manager. This person should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with search campaigns, display campaigns, social campaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), ad account management, and analytics/attribution. Franchise experience and agency experience is a plus.
This individual will be responsible for helping 215 Marketing’s production team launch and manage digital advertising campaigns for its existing clients and new clients.
We are looking for an individual with intelligence, passion, ambition, and work ethic to help scale our agency. This individual will serve as a foundational building block as we look to accelerate our growth in 2023 and beyond.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads (campaign building & optimization)
- 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads (campaign building & optimization)
- 2+ years of experience with Bing Ads (campaign building & optimization)
- 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads (campaign building & optimization)
- 2+ years of experience with Conversion Rate Optimization
- 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics
- 2+ years of experience with SEO
- Google Ads Certification(s)
- Google Analytics Certification(s)
- Ability to function autonomously, be self-directed, self-motivated, dynamic, and decisive
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to your audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience with task management software (eg. Asana, Basecamp, etc)
- A tendency to challenge yourself
Responsibilities/Role:
- Campaign optimization strategy
- Manage junior advertising specialist
- Lead strategic advertising performance meetings with key advertising accounts
- Be responsible for the ongoing strategic vision for key advertising accounts
- Contribute to a wide range of internal and external marketing initiatives as they arise
- Contribute to the development and growth of 215 Marketing as an agency
