Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, curious marketer to join our Media buying team. Media-buying experience is not necessarily a prerequisite, as we have our own techniques, although we welcome applications from more experienced buyers.
The role will involve setting up and running / monitoring large Meta/Tiktok/Google Ads/Pinterest/Youtube campaigns to sell tickets for arts events worldwide.
To do this job effectively, you should possess great tactical skills and an experimental mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that advertisements reach target audiences at the lowest possible prices.
- Ensure that advertisements are appropriately displayed and creative.
- Monitor Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and control costs/risks on a daily basis.
- Be creative - experimenting with new platforms and channels, looking for new ways to reduce our cost per sale
- Maintain and adjust scheduling on an as-needed basis
- Analyze and optimize plans and performance
- Assist in identifying target audiences and feeding back analytics to the rest of the team
Qualifications:
- Outstanding critical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Interest in social media and media trends
- At least basic experience with Facebook ads manager or similar.
- BSc/BA in Advertising, Marketing, or similar field.
- Fluent English
- European timezones preferred
