We thrive in providing quality services across Wales and the UK with our successful growth we are currently looking to recruit a PSV Technician to work at our Machynlleth depot with our team of Engineers and Technicians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-going repair and maintenance of our buses and coaches.
Be a good team member and be able to work on a shift pattern rota.
Average working week 42 hours with overtime available if required
The ideal candidate will have experience in the PSV / HGV industry and hold either a City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 or 3 accreditation or equivalent ( time served engineers without these qualifications will also be considered).
We will also consider any good experienced Vehicle Technician from any background. ie: Car/Van mechanics.
A PSV license would be beneficial but is not essential.
Duties to include:
Undertaking Vehicle maintenance, servicing, monthly inspections and repairs on a varied fleet (including M.O.T preparation)
Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with the Company Operators Licence guidelines and to the highest standard.
Ensure all repairs to company vehicles are carried out in a timely manner
Have an ability to work to the highest Health & Safety standards
Prep & Presentation for DVSA tests
Preventative Maintenance
Fault Diagnostics
