Mechanical Engineer required Remote
Job description
I am looking for a talented mechanical engineer to support the development of innovate intermodal freight technology.
We need someone who will be confident with locking mechanisms, door hinge and seal design as well as structural design.
In addition to CAD expertise we want you to have a good appreciation of fabrication both for prototyping and production.
You will work with myself, a prototyping workshop and our other consultant engineers.
If you quote on the upper end of our hourly rate bracket we will expect you to provide your own legitimate CAD software. Otherwise we can provide a Solidworks license.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
