Responsibilities:- Develop MEP construction documentation under the supervision of assigned engineering, design, and BIM staff utilizing primarily and Revit;
- Create construction models in and Revit as part of a BIM team;
- Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;
- Work from both customer and firm drawings;
- Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links, and historic versioning.
- CAD and Revit drafting;
- Provide technical support for existing projects and field service;
- Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other trades, and create/extract reports as required.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- EIT certification, or interest in obtaining;
- Demonstrate knowledge or interest on systems and their installation, with an emphasis on Mechanical installations preferred;
- Developing knowledge of mechanical system design;
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit;
- Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team.
