Responsibilities:

Develop MEP construction documentation under the supervision of assigned engineering, design, and BIM staff utilizing primarily and Revit;
Create construction models in and Revit as part of a BIM team;
Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;
Work from both customer and firm drawings;
Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links, and historic versioning.
CAD and Revit drafting;
Provide technical support for existing projects and field service;
Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other trades, and create/extract reports as required.

Qualifications:

4-year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
EIT certification, or interest in obtaining;
Demonstrate knowledge or interest on systems and their installation, with an emphasis on Mechanical installations preferred;
Developing knowledge of mechanical system design;
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit;
Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team.
