Key Responsibilities
- To support and comply with the delivery of the ISS Health and Safety policy and standards
- The maintenance of all installations as directed by the ISS Integrated Solutions planned preventative maintenance systems (MCS), based on HVCA SFG20, and completion within agreed KPI’s/SLA’s
- The repair and rectification of faults, breakdowns and other malfunctions to the Mechanical installations at the sites, and completion within agreed KPI’s/SLA’s
- To be conversant with Mechanical disciplines, although formally qualified in an Mechanical discipline and flexible in their approach work, hours of work and travel arrangements.
- Instructed works will primarily be in relation to the individual technicians trade, however an objective of the team is offering multi-skilled operations. On that basis mechanical qualified technicians will be expected to carry out mechanical works and related FM disciplines
- To work closely and liaise with supplier partners to deliver service to required timescales
- To accurately and legibly complete work reports, maintaining site log books and write ad-hoc reports as required
- Keep in mobile contact with the designated Helpdesk and line manager, as directed
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Building Services qualification (desirable)
- Gas – recognised Gas maintenance qualification (desirable)
- Air Conditioning - F gas qualification (desirable)
- Appropriate technical skills
- Demonstrate a reasonable knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements
- Proactive approach to customer service
- Demonstrate an understanding of service culture required by ISS to deliver to Burberry
- Basic computer literacy
- Be able to communicate both written and orally
