ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Mechanical Design and implementation of various automation projects for internal and external customers.
Organizing and supporting mechanical and text documentation of the future and existing Projects.
Creating CE documentation and supporting implementation and certification.
Support production to troubleshoot, improve manufacturing process and quality for existing and newly implemented production lines by deep evaluation of the manufacturing/ quality.
Working with components suppliers and documentation
Supporting existing machinery, equipment and improvement of the existing and new processes. Assembly and "debugging" of the new equipment. Implementation of progressive methods in current production.
Working with robotics and inspection equipment.
Support the release process on numerous automotive products throughout the customer approval process with focus on;
APQP documentation with support from various engineering functions and QE's.
Ensure we meet all manufacturing requirements for the program and dedicated Work Center on time.
Oversee all technical aspects of the program with manufacturing process, tooling.
Support the release process on numerous automotive products. Automation and outside supplies with support from the perspective department directly responsible for these activities within NAS.
Support field sales if relates to the existing manufacturing product
Act as the primary point of contact between Co. and the customer in the area of manufacturing, quality, documentation and status performance.
Report program and improvements status to senior management of Interplex.
Design and implementation of various machinery for all departments. Working with automation department to implement new processes and methods.
