Job description
We are looking for a Gas/Plumbing contractor to help us support our clients throughout London. We are responsible for circa 20,000 tenanted properties in Manchester.
Our work is both reactive and proactive and includes landlords safety certificates.
Our work includes but is not limited to:
- Leak detection and repair
- Plumbing installation
- Drainage installation
- Boiler breakdown and repair
- New boilers and cylinders
- Gas Safety Certificates
You must have your own transport and have valid public liability insurance. You must be punctual, reliable and have good communication skills. You must be Gas Safe registered.
You will control every aspect of your jobs supported by our highly experienced team. You will provide the quote for each job to us and have overall responsibility for getting the job done as agreed and to the standard agreed.
We also do call outs/make safe visits for emergency issues such as active leaks.
