Job description
Andrew Peters Facilities Management Ltd are looking for an experienced Maintenace and Pluming engineer to work mainly in the South West but willing to travel throughout South of England.
APFM will supply a fully equipped company vehicle. Uniform and all PPE equipment will be provided.
The Role
Attend various sites throughout the day, and preform various jobs, such as general pluming, painting, tiling and general maintenance jobs
- Ongoing contracts with numerous clients predominantly in the South West and East but with some work outside of this area
- Install and service grease traps and GRUs would be an advantage
Candidate:
- To work well both individually and as part of a team.
- To be competent of signing in and out of jobs using a digital app.
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Be willing to stay away from home and to work evenings/nights.
- To maintain a van, keeping it clean, tidy and fully stocked.
- Experience with plumbing and drainage advantageous
- To be able to work under pressure and problem solve.
Required:
- A Full Drivers Licence
- Experience with plumbing and drainage: Preferred
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (C or higher)
- Fluent English speaker
Preferred but not required:
- IPAF Certificate
- CSCS Card
- To be able to pass a CRB check
Standard 40 hour week - overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate

Salary: £27,000.00-£33,280.00 per year
