We operate internationally, with a physical presence in the key US, UK, mainland Europe and China markets.

About the role:

Your key responsibilities will include working to build instructions to assemble products from simple sub-assemblies to final instrument build and test.

You will have good attention to detail, ability to fault find and problem solve and thrive in a team environment.

About you:

You will be practically minded and be a hands-on problem solver. You will be proactive and willing to learn new skills. If you have similar experience in a low-volume manufacturing environment, great! But it’s your attitude that will be your biggest attribute: we can provide training for everything else. You can be an entry level technician looking to improve your skills.

You will be a self-starter and able to manage your own time and workload, but equally happy to be part of a hard-working team. Good communication will be important!

Our company culture supports diversity and is inclusive of all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, or family status, and we endeavor to support our employees' needs to the best of our ability.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package including: Private Medical Insurance, generous Pension Plan & Profit Share. Also, CycleScheme, discounted gym memberships, free swimming and Employee Assistance Programme.

We are based on the Melbourn Science Park, a lovely village location that is still only short commute from Cambridge, Royston and the surrounding areas. There are plenty of activities to get involved in from running, cycling, to STEM activities with local schools.
