Role summary:
The trainee will complete the TIP Mechanic Academy in one year. Our very own, one-year, hands-on learning model, where a mix of online, face to face and supervised on-the-job training will ensure you gain all the skills necessary to become a Standard Trailer Mechanic. All while earning a wage that increases during the progression of the program!
Responsibilities:
The main objective is to gain all the technical skills required to hold a position of a Standard Trailer Mechanic.
Trainees will get introduced to a wide range of topics, whilst being supervised by a coach/sponsor. Trainee will be focused on learning how they should function in a team and support the team -under supervision- in their daily work. Trainee will liaise with different key stakeholders and will be taught how to be committed to a high level of customer service. Trainee will learn how to be able to identify roadblocks and how to design possible solutions.
