Job description
Cancer Services are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as a Multi-Disciplinary Team Co-ordinator.
This role is crucial in the tracking and management of all patients who are on suspected cancer pathways within the relevant disease site(s). You will be responsible for updating patient's records on the cancer database, liaising with different clinical and non clinical professional staff for the preparation and administration of the MDT Meetings and for co-ordinating key events along the patients cancer pathways. Cancer Services are looking for an individual who can work collaboratively with other services with particular attention to detail and accurate data input
