- Role will be for office administration
- Writing letters
- Market research
- Booking viewings
- Registering applications
- Reporting to Manager
Desired skills and Personal qualities:
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be confident speaking on the phone
- PC literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Have ability to work as a part of a team
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Responsible and Reliable
- Motivated
Working Week:
- 25 – 30 hrs pw
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays with a day off during the week.
- 10am – 3pm or 4pm
- Travel Exp – Negotiable
Salary:
- £5.10 – £5.50 PH
- £612 - £660 PM
- Will be a chance of an increase depending on interview.
