Job description

Our client requires a mathematical modeller with experience in building models to solve materials science problems. Approaches use both in-house and commercially developed computer codes, and there is opportunity for development of these codes. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in applied mathematics or physical sciences is required and evidence of experience with any FE packages (Ansys, Comsol etc), Fortran, Java or C++, thermodynamic models or distributed and parallel computing environments would be an advantage.
