JOB DESCRIPTION

Individuals serving as Training Material Support Technicians will typically perform duties supporting the development of:

1) Training scenarios. 2) Computer Based Training. 3) Distance Learning. 4) Playable on Demand (podcast) videos and filming of scenarios for use in class presentations and support of live flight training missions, as well as document historical unit events. 5) The contractor shall provide audio/visual support 8 hours per day, 5 days a week to 2 nd Battalion, 13 th Aviation Regiment. 5) Participates in special projects as required 6) May work independently or be assigned to lead an individual project

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

1) Have at least 4 years Audio/Visual experience. 2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3) Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness 4) May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives 5) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies 6) Must be able to work flexible shifts to support requirements 7) Must be a US Citizen

Preferred:

1) Four years or more experience with Apple and Mac products and processes. 2) Prior military or contractor license for Government/Military vehicles and equipment 2) Familiarity with ISO- certified Quality Management System 3) Prior Experience in support of Unmanned Aircraft System training, development, and operations programs 4) Current active US Secret Clearance

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work/military experience.

Associate’s degree in the area of Audio/Visual preferred

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Travel up to 10% required.
