Job Description:
Position Title: Materials Co-ordinator
Location: Cookstown
Reporting to Materials Team Lead, you will work as part a team to handle materials in a safe and efficient manner at the Dungannon site. You will be responsible for creating a seamless flow of materials to Production and Stores.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficient and timely handling of all materials
- Support Production through timely and accurate delivery of Parts
- Use of PIT in a safe and efficient manner including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Pallet Stacker, Tugger Truck etc.
- Processing of Parts received to both Production and Stores
- Prompt and accurate control of paperwork
- Loading and Unloading of Materials deliveries
- Compliance with inventory control measures
- Compliance with internal environmental and waste management procedures
- Following Standard Work procedures
- General Housekeeping Duties
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience of working in a fast moving manufacturing environment
- Valid PIT licence, preferably Counterbalance
- IT literate – previous experience of MRP style system would be advantageous
- Educated to GCSE standard
- Understanding of Inventory Control

- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
