Job Overview
Responsible for the timely release of work in progress in order to support the execution of the sites On Time To Request, Production plans. This position reviews shortages, prioritises orders in line with the customer requirements and works closely with relevant teams to highlight parts supply issues for focused attention.
Job Description
- Own shortage free kitting by the MPS start date / Gate 2 exit date through active communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in Operations MOS e.g. Tier 1, Production Forum and Product Cycle Time reviews
- Set and provide accurate revenue outlook through the update of product finished dates for rolling 13 weeks
- Set and provide accurate on time delivery forecasts through the update of product finished dates for rolling 13 weeks / estimate shortage free dates for Repairs
- Identify and participate in continued supplier (internal and external) improvement of performance issues with Commodity Manager, Buyer and Supplier Development Engineer
- Manage and own SAP Health to ensure accurate stock accounting
- Responsible for continuing development of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) within cell area(s)
YOU MUST HAVE
- Ability to manage high workloads and priotise key tasks
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management and production control
- Demonstrated understanding of MRP systems and scheduling
- Good Knowledge and use of SAP
- Good communication skills
