Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: £32,000 + success bonus

What are the requirements?

To deliver excellent client service, which puts genuine matches at the heart of everything you do. Removing Hayley from the day-to-day service delivery, so she can build and grow the business.

Key tasks include:

  • Matchmaking - This position's primary focus is to search, identify, matchmake and introduce our members, within our existing portfolio of eligible singles. You will be responsible for your client group, as well as contributing to the wider team, company values and business goals.
  • Organisation - Arranging client introductions from introduction through to in-person dates.
  • Communication - Building a rapport with each individual client, becoming a trusted confidant, and communicating on a weekly basis.
  • Administration – Managing client profiles, edits, and updating records and systems as their journey progresses.
  • Sales – expanding sales opportunities by responding to new enquiries, picking up the telephone and speaking to new potential members, encouraging people to make appointments with our Sales team and to visit us at our offices.
  • Marketing – contributing to marketing campaigns, working with the team to create innovative ways to recruit new members and expand our reputation within the industry. Being aware of industry activity and developments to keep us ‘ahead of the game’ and to enable us to stand out from our competitors.
  • Coaching – guiding and supporting our clients towards a successful long-term relationship

Key skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication: A confident, positive manner in person and on the telephone.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to work with systems and processes to keep track of all the dating journeys of our clients.
  • Proactive: You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. You use your initiative. You enjoy prioritising and completing a list of daily tasks.
  • Flexible: You are happy to work at a fast pace and can adapt to changes with ease. You want to take ownership over what you do, and do it to the best of your ability, consistently. If you don’t know, you will ask, you're a fast learner and happy to change and adapt.
  • Positive Attitude: An optimistic, energetic outlook, inspiring hope and enthusiasm for your clients dating journey.
  • Love: You must love ‘love’ and be passionate and excited about finding the best possible match for your client.
  • Meticulous Attention to detail: You are a magnet for spotting errors and corrections, and have personal pride in the aesthetic of your work.
  • Experience: in high-end customer service roles, the luxury market (preferred), possibly suiting someone with previous recruitment/head-hunting experience.
