About The Role Position: Match Day Security: Watford F.C. Hourly Rate: £11.95 - £13.39 Join #TeamFGH, Keeping People Safe at Vicarage Road. An SIA Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role. Duties include: Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling. Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, searches, guest direction and queries. Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to. Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests. Report any suspicious behaviour. Egress control. Directing customers around the site.
