The Role
We currently have an opportunity to become part of our Marine and Navigation Services Team as Master of our vessel, Kingdom of Fife.
You will have full authority and responsibility for taking all necessary actions for safety, pollution prevention and efficient operation of the ship.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of people which involves both engagement and development through the Company Values, Behaviours and Performance Framework.
Building effective relationships with external stakeholders to instil trust and confidence in the Company is key.
Must Haves
- Previous experience as vessel master
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Implementing safe systems of work in line with Company policies and procedures
- Controlled record keeping and reporting
- Review of onboard contingency plans and procedures
- Hands on experience and understanding of deck operations
- Experience of working with third party contractors and customer representatives
- All relevant certification as detailed in the job description

Salary: £62,000.00-£65,389.00 per year
