Mars Global Account Executive
Overview:
The Media Executive is responsible for the day-to-day support of the MARS Global team with the aim of ensuring key projects are delivered timely & consistently. The media executive will work with the Essence mediaCom global team on diverse roles from market engagement to supporting key project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Encourage and organise sharing of content, case studies, training material, manuals and toolkits across the EssencemediaCom network. Support requests on where to find relevant material and be the custodian of key documents of the client. Work with the global team to improve how we share across the network. Managing the global SharePoint for one of the largest EssencemediaCom global clients while looking at ways to improve communication of the sharepoint content with the stakeholders. Ensuring all relevant document is available on extranet and it is updated regularly. Making sure all client & EssencemediaCom stakeholders have access to the site. Ensure any relevant changes to Extranet is incorporated and executed to make the site work better. Keep the Mars CRM systems regularly updated and owning all Mars distribution lists.

In 3 months you will have:
Understanding of the key stakeholders across the network globally. Organising & sharing of content across the network. You will be owning the distribution list updates across the Mars business.
In 6 months you will have:
Mastered the CRM system and ensure its upto date. Support analyst on the key project deliverables such as supporting on media & competitive data delivery from the markets.
Where you’ll be at the end of your first year:
You will be an important part of the team to manage and deliver on key projects globally. You would have become the trusted advisor for the CRM system, share & reapply, Extranet & internal tools & systems and independent reporting on key projects such as Responsible marketing scorecard.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within an agency setting but not compulsory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills
Requirements:
- Highly Organised and excellent attention to detail mandatory
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Should be ready to take on new opportunities and tackle challenges
- Will have knowledge and experience of working on PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheets
- Should be able to take responsibility of every day work and be able to work on her/his own
