Hush is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, founded 18 years ago by Mandy Watkins and now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 150 staff in our head office and across 30 John Lewis concessions, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories that are characterised by an elegant simplicity and laidback sense of style. The Role:As part of our growth plan, we will be expanding our distribution via third party marketplaces. We’re looking for someone who knows marketplace and eCommerce inside out, both in the UK and internationally. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to own and lead our international expansion to make a global impact for the brand.
Responsibilities:- Being the primary day-to-day point of contact at hush for Marketplace partners.
- Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Creative to successfully launch hush on new marketplace partners – ensuring marketplace partner requirements are well defined/understood internally, adequate processes put in place and necessary resources onboarded to enable a successful launch.
- Ensuring all product and inventory is uploaded to each marketplace in line with marketplace requirements, and that product details, descriptions, images and content are all optimised for the marketplace partner.
- Own marketplace reporting and weekly trading analysis from a marketing perspective.
- Monitor sales performance and competitor activity to understand key trends and seasonality by market and marketplace.
- Liaising with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure new product collection launches are successful, plan trading and promotional calendar.
- Manage paid marketing budgets and campaigns on marketplace platforms to drive ROAS.
- Lead on opportunities to improve performance by feeding back and project managing changes with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
- Drive revenue growth through a data-driven approach, collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders to identify and realise opportunities for growth.
- Experience in working with and growing online revenues for fashion brands – preferably with exposure to European markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and digital trading instincts, combined with good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to either TradeByte or ChannelAdvisor platforms highly advantageous.
- Experience of driving paid marketing campaigns would be preferable
- An operating mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage complexity and drive results.
- Low ego; a can do, sleeves up attitude with bucketloads of ambition!
