Your opportunity
You will:
- Work closely with our Director of Global Portfolio Construction and Strategy (PCS) Channel Marketing to support global marketing activities and strategies to raise the profile of PCS
- Support the roll-out of PCS into new territories with web, collateral production media, events and other tactical marketing activities
- Repurpose and promote thought leadership content for different channels (sponsored content, events, web, email, subscriptions, media etc.)
- Manage quarterly digital dashboard reports, analysing data across website, social media, email marketing and advertising
- Manage materials on Seismic for regional sales distribution
- Manage end-to-end production of marketing collaterals for internal and external promotional purposes
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, uses initiative and is a self-starter
- A team player, the ability to collaborate and work with colleagues across different time zones and regions, as well as the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, both visual and numerical
- Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn, understand and grow
- Excellent written and oral English
- Strong competency with Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and best practices
- Experience of Google Analytics and/ or Adobe reporting or similar
- LinkedIn promotional experience
- Website marketing and management knowledge
- A broad understanding of all marketing elements, with customer-centric marketing skills
- Knowledge of multi-media, video, digital assets
- Experience of collateral production
- Email marketing knowledge
- Experience working with global/ regional teams
