Viber is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who will help to support the Fintech Marketing team to acquire and engage users on Viber Pay, Viber’s in-app payment solution that allows instant payment with zero fees.

Passionate about digital marketing, you’re up-to-date on all the latest trends and inspired to convert ideas into campaigns that can reach millions of users across a range of digital platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and Analytics teams to deliver impactful CRM campaigns across a range of mediums including push notifications, email and in-app messages. Data is your friend and you can comfortably build reports and cut through the noise to extract actionable insights that will take your campaigns to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from conception through to reporting, delivering CRM campaigns that grow and engage the Viber Pay user base in-line with Business objectives
  • Develop ideas and create engaging campaign concepts that are delivered across multiple channels, including but not limited to; in-app messages, push notifications, email, social media
  • Report on campaign performance, looking for actionable insights that will generate the next experiment or record-beating campaign
  • Adopt a test-and-learn mindset when working on campaigns, constantly seeking to improve performance and try new approaches
  • Assist the Growth Marketing Manager with broader Marketing activities

Requirements

  • Fluent in speaking English
  • 1+ years experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role or similar
  • Hands-on experience creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to use analytics to gain insight into campaign performance
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and a strong desire to learn and progress your career in Digital and/or App Marketing

Advantages
