Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our 3 floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!
The Role
We are looking for a CRM Production Assistant to join the Marketing Production team at FARFETCH. This team is responsible for the day to day emails, triggers and automated campaigns and push notifications. You will be building emails and pushes with our in-house modular solution, requesting translations in 16 languages and coordinating the proofing process. Having outstanding project management and technical skills are key for this role as it will be supporting segmentation and personalization for our stakeholders, ranging from Private Client team, Loyalty team to the Media Solutions team. We are looking for someone with good technical understanding, great attention to detail and experience in a similar role within CRM production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will set up emails using our modular framework following the briefs provided by the CRM team
- You will work with designers and Front-End developers to innovate in our tooling, designs, rebrands and implement testing to improve customer experience and enable production at scale
- You will work closely with the CRM, Linguistic Services, Promotions and Loyalty teams to enable a fluent workflow and optimise processes whenever possible
- Implement a robust proofing process to ensure all comms are executed perfectly on send
- You will work closely with the Linguistic Service team to manage translations and take on feedback for all campaigns
- You will be helping to troubleshoot, raise Jiras and fix errors whenever needed
WHO YOU ARE
- You are methodical and interested in managing processes
- You have great attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- You have the ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects to tight deadlines
- You have a basic understanding of web and email development principles
- You have an interest in Email marketing & CRM
- You have experience working in a similar role, ideally with experience in ecommerce
- You have preferably some experience using an ESP or the desire to learn new technologies
- You have outstanding organisational and communication skills
