We are currently seeking a driven, organised and detail orientated Marketing & PR Executive with a passion for PR and lifestyle brands to help deliver brilliant PR and Brand in Culture strategies.

The on target earning potential for this role is £28,000 / annual salary - comprising a base salary of £25,000 , plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Contributing to the creation and implementation of our annual PR activity plans for both properties, encompassing our key brand pillars and aligning to our wider business plans
Assisting in the planning of future member events at Townhouse, liaising with our Head of PR and Head of Membership on asset creation and attendance tracking
Supporting our numerous and varied brand collaborations and joint ventures relevant to our marketing plan throughout the year
Working with our Head of PR to coordinate & write the VIP/Press itineraries we produce for media or special guest visits, as well as other press materials
Building strong working relationships with our Brand Managers to support Gleneagles & Townhouse partnership events and experiences to ensure we secure maximum exposure from their events
Providing key support to our members programming strategy and brand implementation at Townhouse, tapping into their network and partner relationships to present a varied and diverse tiering of members events
Managing day to day media requests from partner PR agencies across travel, lifestyle, golf, brand, to brainstorm relevant stories in line with PR plans; providing all PR agencies with information on new activations, imagery and content, producing press releases where necessary
Tracking performance of activity and holding PR agencies to account for ROI where relevant, and also the awards won across Gleneagles & Townhouse
Developing relationships with key media titles, proactively, professionally, and always in line with our brand
Responsible for processing team invoices, you’ll and ensure our payment process always runs smoothly
Overseeing the marketing email inbox, responding to queries in a swiftly and professionally or sharing with the appropriate team member; you’ll also respond to the relevant TripAdvisor pages
Processing prize gift vouchers across the estate, working closely with our PA’s through to our Directors
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

A multi-tasker with great communication skills and an upbeat attitude, you have strong administrative experience & great organisational skills
You’re a natural ‘organiser’ who takes great pride in supporting others
Always proactive, you’re determined to create a positive experience for those around you, colleagues, guests and members alike
Producing written documents and creative presentations to the highest standard is second nature to you and your computer skills are excellent
You’re keen to build a career in Marketing by learning from some of the best in the business, you have a huge appetite for learning
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
