You will support the team in key areas of analysis and project management and keep multi-functional team and markets informed about projects milestones and progress, as well as gather required information from project stake holders to keep tasks on track. Support with preparation of presentations for forums to update projects with the marketing leadership team and lead operational / administrative tasks that are responsibility of the Marketing team.
Specific responsibilities / tasks:
- Prepare and present monthly in-depth Market analysis for the region, highlighting key opportunity areas for the global team to support the local markets
- Prepare monthly financial analysis from markets and check with markets key performance drivers to present to key stakeholders
- Prepare competitive monthly reports with key claims / comms / launches from regional competitors
In Market Execution
- Attend monthly meetings with local and global Marketing teams to discuss projects development, key results from markets and asks. Organise minutes of meetings and share across the team
- Collect best practices from markets and prepare short presentations consolidating the best cases to share with the global and deploy to other markets
- Collect and organise Comms produced by markets to keep the global teams informed about regional markets’ activities
Innovation Projects
- Support with Project timelines, weekly meeting minutes and follow up tasks with cross functional team
- Co-lead preparation of presentations with project updates for decision-making forums with the leadership team
- Responsible for completing project documents and uploading in the system
- Support with concept development for innovation projects and participate in consumer discussion groups to acquire and consolidate local insights
- Support development of new artwork (briefing for agency, consolidation of feedbacks)
