The team

PrimaryBid are seeking a CRM Specialist who is highly skilled in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, specifically HubSpot. The candidate should be able to utilise HubSpot to automate, manage, and optimize our customer-facing processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, including performing standard CMS development of landing pages and emails. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM management and a passion for improving customer experiences.

The role

The CRM Specialist will work closely with our product, marketing and customer service teams to ensure that our CRM system is effectively optimised to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and monitor a wide variety of web page landing pages and email marketing campaigns, from setting up Hubspot to performing HTML development
  • Ensure the design and layouts of emails and web pages are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
  • Proofread key messaging in and out of email templates and web pages
  • Provide direction and send graphics requests to designers
  • Continuously monitor and optimize HubSpot performance, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve results on open rates, click rates, and conversions
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention, using HubSpot.
  • Create and manage customer distribution lists, and workflows within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, engineering and customer service teams to optimize CRM processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Design and implement custom fields and reports in HubSpot to meet business needs.
  • Train and support HubSpot users throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits of HubSpot processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM management and HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM management, with at least 3 years using HubSpot.
  • Experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing methodology and the use of CRM in sales and marketing processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • HTML and CSS coding experiences to create web pages and email templates
