About the role:
Your part to play:
- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the Kerv marketing operations effort as part of the Kerv central marketing team.
Role Purpose:
- The Kerv Marketing Operations Manager will support the CMO in designing and implementing a Marketing Operations function and will be responsible for the execution of all Marketing Operations activities.
- Building Mops Function: To support the CMO in designing and implementing a brand-new marketing operations function at Kerv – part establishment and part delivery. To be the owner and go to central point of coordination for how Kerv runs and develops marketing ops.
- Reporting: To provide visibility of all marketing activity through the generation of dashboards and reports – both practice led campaign activity and rolled up view of lead, pipeline, top opportunities, closed won/lost, ROI
- Goal Setting: develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign.
- Tech Stack: To evaluate the current tech stack and assess if fit purpose, to work with the central marketing team to build a roadmap for the future stack requirements
- Best Practice: To work hand in hand with the practice leads on any marketing activity to demonstrate best practice – e.g., campaign activity, creation of lead scoring models and other requirements, identify training gaps and address, support successful adoption
- Practice Support: Supporting the practice marketing leads and digital marketing manager on best practice, campaign support
- Change Requests: To own change requests for the Marketing for Dynamics tool, supporting central and practice leads with their requirements and owning the requests though the change process
- Process Management: identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment
- Data Management: Design, document and implement a data best practice approach for Kerv which underpins all marketing activity (existing client data, prospect data and campaign data, clarity of ownership rules of engagement). Structure responsibility around data permissions/consents. Ensure visibility and accuracy of customer and prospect data in the CRM/automation platform. Ensure data is syncing seamlessly in the Dynamics for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
Success in the role:
- You will be a key part of the Kerv central marketing team. You will be a central point of contact for operational success of the Kerv practices. Enthusiasm, collaboration, and willingness to drive change and adopt new ideas will be critical.
All about You:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- B2B tech marketing experience with admin experience in Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
- Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
- A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a marketing automation platform.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
